Helpful, amicable people working here. The rooms with a nice fireplace, a new memory foam mattress, the bedroom.

Its location a 10-15 minute walk from Ballhooter Ski Lift was particularly good. It also was on the mountain.

Unfortunately, there was no roomservice.

Stunning remote location near the restaurants and the activities there and the slopes and Top of the Mtn. Ate at Shavers Centre Cafeteria, it's at a short distance from the venue: )

In our room air conditioner did not work.

Beautiful and nice accommodation with magnificent setting short walk to many restaurants and Starbucks and the allegheny springs resort. Amicable and very very helpful staff all over the place. A huge variety of goodies for breakfast.

By and large, it was characterful base for sightseeing in Snowshoe, had much fun. The staff were excellent and accommodating in case of questions. Loved the room with the hot tubs, my bed was comfy. The location was magnificent, a 10-15 minute walking distance from The Big Top.

It's stunningly beautiful hotel with absolutely perfect location to the lake.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right on the slopes of the Snowshoe Mountain ski resort. The room was spacious and had a lovely log cabin feel. We loved having a little kitchen where we could cook our own meals, and it was well-equipped with a fridge, microwave, electric stove, dishwasher. The outdoor pool and jacuzzi were a great way to relax after a day on the slopes, and we also enjoyed the indoor sauna and fitness room. The staff were very helpful and parking was easy. The Village was beautifully maintained.

The complimentary 3-day passes for ski lift and lake activities were a pleasant surprise. The heated pool provided a nice relaxation option. Free long distance calling was a thoughtful touch for those without cell service. The room, accurately depicted in photos, was convenient with a kitchen and slopeside location. The locker in the basement was useful for storing skis and snowboards.

I had a great experience during my stay at Allegheny Springs. The location was perfect, with easy access to slopes, stores, and restaurants. The check-in process at the lobby was smooth and efficient. The room itself exceeded my expectations - it was beautifully furnished and equipped, accurately portrayed in the pictures. Having my own kitchen was a huge convenience, allowing me to avoid overpriced food. The heated pool was also a nice bonus. The best part of my stay was the surprise of receiving free 3-day passes for various activities, including riding the ski lift and enjoying lake activities. It made my stay eventful and relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel for a great vacation experience.
